Overall a delightful traditional hotel. Welcoming employees at reception and F&B service, reasonably spacious and bright room. Excellent view, incredible and exceptional breakfast options with pastries and bacon and eggs and a beautiful view. Magnificent location near the train station, in the local area.

The room was elegant and inviting, with stunning mountain views, situated close to a train station, providing a wonderful location, and the pizza restaurant served amazing, outstanding meals.

The hotel offers a large breakfast with a great selection of meals. The check-in process is fast and the rooms are reasonably large and well-designed, offering incredible views of the surrounding mountains. The location is good and excellent, situated in a quaint town with views of the mountains, near the town center and the Rail Station, making it a good central base for exploring Samedan.

The hotel is charming and magnificent. The room was delightful and splendid with a large dining table and a large terrace. The location is great and quiet, within walking distance of everywhere we needed.

I stayed at this charming hotel for a weekend and it was a wonderful experience. The location of this venue is superb, only a few steps from the railway station and on a hill with breathtaking views. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the comfortable rooms, amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. The dining experience was exquisite, with delicious food and an impressive dining room. The leisure centre was great, with a jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool that helped to relax after a day of activities.

Although a few minor adjustments were needed regarding the service, the staff always had a smile on their face, and everyone was willing to help with anything. I highly recommend this hotel to my family and anyone looking for a lovely place to stay.

The breakfast wasn't enough for all the guests and there was not many choice.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was very good too - very central and close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Carlotta on reception, Stefano, and Filipe. The room was nicely decorated in Swiss style, and we were offered a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The dining room where breakfast was served was elegant and the Italian food in the restaurant was excellent. We also appreciated the free parking. we were impressed with the great care and professionalism of the staff here.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We very much appreciated the shuttle to the ski area.

The so called "luxury appartment" was not really luxury. The tv, Telephone as mentioned in the description was missing. The microwave was placed underneath the sink in the kitchen. The dishwasher was too small for the plates and there was no cleaning equipment (E.G. tablets for dishwasher, towels, dish soap). The staff of the hotel helped out with that, but overall the apartment is not worth the money.

The rooms here are lovely, featuring an open kitchenette, and the staff is friendly.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We got a very nice large room with Spa (I think we were upgraded because I don't remember reading about this when ordering the room). This hotel has wooden floors (no worn-out carpets that we have otherwise seen in so many hotels) in the room and corridors and the general impression is that a lot has been renovated recently with a good result. People who are allergic to dust will feel good here. The room was fairly quiet, allthough some noise can be heard from the corridor - a double door would have been good. Hotel staff are very helpful.

On Saturday evening with lots of people in the restaurant, waiters had problems keeping track of who was ready to order etc. We waited quite long.

We took the option of a deluxe room which was very spacious. The hotel is central to the the village and we were able to enjoy an excellent choice of restaurants. Lots of walks on well laid out routes. Easy access to several ski resorts by car, train or bus.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location at an easy walk from the station allows for convenience and accessibility. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with huge bathrooms and great views into the mountains. The breakfast is a highlight, with a wide selection of food and live piano music to set a relaxed atmosphere.

One aspect that could be improved is the accessibility to the spa area.
